Dude has been pretty intent on killing other butterflies. I can't think of a reason why he would put one in Adebayo. And it would be really weird to kill her now storywise, as she has a lot of unresolved conflicts (with her hearing about her cruel mother, sorting through relationship issues, and her developing friendship with Chris).

I don’t think Waller’s daughter will die that easily, and Murn is probably a good butterfly. Also we learned that butterflies can infect other animals, It would be a cool twist if Eagly turns out to be one.

There always something much different about murn he does have a butterfly but there’s something specific about his that wants the others dead that maybe there different fractions and that his is possibly a last survivor of his and want the rest dead so that the butterfly can be the only one in control and have earth to himself

If he was going to kill her they would have done it at that moment and not end with a cliffhanger. I could see Murm either turning her and the team has to figure out how to safely extract butterflies because of that, or he just ties her up and explains that he's the good guy.
