Whatever is presenting itself as Amelia Earhart might be shapeshifting as something from Gary’s cards. The limited vocabulary is a result of only knowing what the fun facts on the card are.

I wanna see a quick reel of various historical figures being taken and brought to this world to show how vast the system is.

We found out aliens could be a special secret fast food sauce, AND the limited species of "Gary," so why the hell can't she be one?! I also repeat my last theory that Blind Wave are all aliens. It's utterly odd, but that's Legends.
