2021-05-04 14:28:06 +0000 UTCi mean it makes sense even if you don't agree with what they did. garaa was to be born as a weapon for the village but was becoming too unstable and killing villagers so he was ordered to be put down. but before they decided to come down on him with real force cause the lone assassin wasn't good enough to kill a child even if that child is powerful they decided that the village couldn't survive an attack from another village without him. so they just segregated him instead. it's not like award winning writing here but it is consistent. and his uncle was trying to see past his hate for him cause on some level he understood it wasn't garaa's fault but couldn't look past it in the end.

2021-05-04 13:40:14 +0000 UTCYeah nostalgia absolutely made this show better in my head. The shit with Gaara's uncle actually makes no sense, the writing is all over the place with his backstory. Really remembering how little I care about pretty much every character except for Lee and Guy.
