The Flash 7x1 - Poll!

I was surprised by how much I cared, considering how over all the Wells' I've been for the last like two seasons. . I genuinely feel as though this was a good death like the Black Sails EP says, "When a character dies, almost by nature of wanting the death to feel dramatic, it needs to feel too soon. It needs to feel abrupt and unsettling. " And having a character like Cisco who has not getting to say goodbye almost makes it more effective as a character death. And I'm sure his grief to do with Wells specifically will be a story going forward. Also, lol why does he keep disappearing when his girlfriend is like missing, lmao.

I hope that Wells still continues to be on the show but in a way so that Barry can see them, similar to how Nash could when they were inside him

I would've liked to have some resolution regarding two relationships. I would lile to know what happened to Jesse Quick after Crisis and how her relationship with Harry had progressed. Also I would've liked more development between Nash and Allegra.

I’m satisfied. The Wells’ story started with giving flash the speed force and ended the same way.

I felt like this was a bad send-off, for the sake to send him off. I felt like it also came out of nowhere, and that his turn from the logical thought of "I wast to live" to "I will sacrifice myself" was too quick. So i really disliked that part of the episode

Wasn't expecting that ending for him that quick. Really sad but maybe the new created Multiverse has a few Wells'es left - who knows.

I'm devastated that Tom Cavanagh's not gonna be around on the regular, easily my favorite actor on the crew, but that'll just make it even more special if/when Thawne rolls up in the future.

For now I'll say yes, but when I watched I think I robbed myself of feeling emotion by thinking there was no way they would get rid of Wells and something had to save him.

I loved how they did it. I liked how they had each well's come back to say good bye. Then also now barry will always be with well's in a way. But also I would have loved to have everyone be there to end an arc.

Yes and no. I think if they do wind up not having a Wells then I would think it would have been better with Cisco, Caitlin, Joe, etc. there to have a better send off.

The How and why he left for great. But if this truly was the last time I don’t think Caitlyn and Cisco not being there is an option. They are far too integrated into the Wells characters for that to have been OK.

I am satisfied because Wells sacrificed himself to save Barry and to bring him back would just be playing with our emotion. There is a small part of me unsatisfied because I wasn't prepare to lose someone so quick into the season.

I wonder if they killed off wells to free up the actor for more reverse flash stuff because he’s gotta come back at some point and it would be worse for barry as it’s the face of his dead friends

I am definitely satisfied with the way he went out, but do hope to see him again. I've loved all the Wells characters and hope they'll appear again before this show ends. The way he/they went out was truly beautiful and perfectly executed.

I kind of hope they don’t bring a Wells back because it’ll only undermine the whole purpose of this episode. But so far I am satisfied with this ending. I think we can still have Reverse Flash without necessarily having Wells since technically RF is Eobard Thawn and not Harrison Wells.

I think this is the end of wells as we know it, no more reoccurring wells every single episode every single season. I do think we’ll get one wells back in particular... or more specifically, one wells who isn’t a wells: the reverse flash

After watching Disney plus tv for the last 15 weeks these CW Shows feel EXTRA cheap. They have always felt small scale but arrow started a decade ago. 10 years is a long time and I think this style of super hero show has past it’s time. Star girl and superman quality should be the minimum. This might be my last season following the flash unless they give it a major upgrade.

I was satisfied. Tom Cavanagh is great, but I felt the show was stretching the different Wells concept a while ago and we were starting to get diminishing returns. If this is a way to put the different Wells a season bit to rest for good and move on this was a good way to do it. I can live only seeing Tom come back as Reverse Flash.

It was a satisfactory ending and i feel like if they're not going to do reverse flash anymore then they should be done with that character for good.

I loved the ending but I’m not convinced it’s the last time we see Wells. Mainly cuz I feel that if it was the last time Cisco Caitlin Iris and joe would be there for the scene. I predict we see him again hopefully Harry he’s my favorite

I'm satisfied more or less, it was very emotional.....but I still wanna see him\them again somehow, let's revoke that ban on timetraveling and go back in time and see how Crisis retconned Earth-1 into Earth-Prime and see some more Wells'es baby))) Oh man, only after the episode I realized that Cisco didn't get say goodbye........

It was fine, but boy with the break in production and going back through the arrow verse, I can't believe how much quality has dropped in this show. I mean I know it happens, but damn it was a lot more then what I expected it to be.

I enjoyed the moment as a way for Nash to redeem himself a little and I loved hearing “Run Barry Run” again but I think we needed a way to have Cisco, and Caitlin to say goodbye since that’s original team Flash

I think I would’ve been more satisfied if the episode had come out as part of season 6, doing it in the premiere just didn’t feel like it’ll be lasting (maybe cause a new Wells turns up in the first few episodes of every season)

Honestly cannot think of a more fitting ending for Wells. Now he’s always a part of Barry and it leaves the possibility of Tom coming back as an extension of Speed Force like his mother. And, of course, he can always return as Thawne.
