Batwoman 2x1 - Poll!

After finally watching the episode. I like her, her motivation makes sense even if it's coincidental and she is a good actress and looks good wearing the suit and it looks natural. I understand the predicament that they were left in when Ruby left so I'm giving this a free pass

I'll need a couple more episodes before I make up my mind, also wish they hadn't rushed the Hush storyline, I was expecting more than one episode due to the buildup

I really enjoyed Ruby Rose don’t get me wrong, but I already kind of like Javicia Leslie just as much if not a little better. They’ll need to find their footing for the character sure but I think this is a great first step. She made me laugh throughout the entire episode and I really enjoyed the writing. Not to mention she’s not going to have the sisterly bond towards Alice that Kate had (Quite the opposite actually) so I’m not expecting to see any hesitation towards stopping Alice like Kate always did. Which I’m looking forward too.

One question why do they think the kryptonite bullet was so dangerous to a human with body armor? It shouldn’t be any more dangerous then a regular bullet probably less. Is it cause it can kill supergirl so they think it can really damage a normal human?

I think this is much better so far. The problem I had with Kate was that I keep comparing her and all the other characters to their comic book counterpart. And the differences annoyed me. With the new girl I have nothing to compare her to so I can enjoy the show and the other characters more. This episode was a solid opener and I have hope for the rest of the season. Just so you know I only watched maybe the pilot and the crisis episodes of season 1.

To be honest, I still need more time. I mean, on one side, I like her as Batwoman, and in many ways, don't. I also felt like she was giving off that "annoying younger sibling" vibe sometimes. I do like her backstory however.

It's a bad sign when the new Batwoman tells us all the reasons why she isn't worthy of being Batwoman and they don't do anything to change that before the end of the episode.

This was an horrible idea from the start. Batwoman was Never African American, the could've done Batgirl with her sister Cassandra cain.

I felt like ruby got the feel of batwoman by the end of the season though.

I don't like her so far. I just don't like how they are going with the character. ALSO we had the whole thing with Bruce Wayne and it was solved in about 2 minutes... But I do love Alice she is just good I am hoping for a good fight with her and batwoman (like a arrow level fight... Hopefully)

not sure yet I like the backstory we've gotten so far and the tie in to Alice but I want to see more especially how she does in the fight scenes before I decide one way or another.

For me, it felt like a new side character was being introduced (like when they introduced Wild Dog in Arrow or Ralph in Flash)...I'm sure she'll grow on me but at this point unsure...I did like the idea that this Gotham has some more slightly more capable social services than they had in Joker though!

i gotta be honest she’s better but the show still isn’t there quality wise. If u compare S1 (and S2 premier) of Arrow & Flash to S1 (and S2 premier) of batwomen the quality is a major major drop. Does anyone else agree?
