I tend to like finding an alternative to defeat villain other than overpowering them and this was no exeption.

I liked it, Supernatural always has good ideas, and sometimes the format or budget does not accompany it, but if this ending is very satisfactory and a note aside, I thank for these 15 years, my favorites will always be 1-5 but I appreciate the rest of the road, I appreciate that they accompanied a kid from the north of Argentina who saw the show by chance, when neither knew nor understood that it was a series, beyond the ups and downs I just say Gracias Totales
2020-11-20 13:29:50 +0000 UTCReally love the part where Aang took the firelords power away, turning him into a regular human. No killing needed, just by putting his hand on him and making their eyes glow! 😁 Wait.. wrong show...

2020-11-17 15:48:44 +0000 UTCThis was an amazing way to end Chuck's story, probably not going to the predictable thing like killing him or trapping him this was WAY better in my opinion, still crying bc of that episode's ending. Gonna miss this boys so fucking much.
2020-11-17 15:26:07 +0000 UTCI think his ending was satisfying but the boys have never hesitated putting down bad guys (human or monster) so Dean saying "that's not who we are" felt like writers wrote it
2020-11-17 13:18:08 +0000 UTCFortuna said to the boys "Don't play his game. Make him play yours." And they did. And they won. Chuck wrote them as "ultimate killers". But when he's not in control, they're the ones chosing not to kill. I loved this ending for Chuck.
2020-11-17 08:51:13 +0000 UTCI really liked it. I was worried going in that it was going to be this big battle and there is no way to beat God in that circumstance. They had to out chess-move him. Let him play with them while they backed him into a corner.

2020-11-17 07:48:56 +0000 UTCI was very happy with how they did it i did not expect it to happen that ep. But i do hope we see him get old and die. i wonder where he'll go to heaven or hell?

2020-11-17 06:05:47 +0000 UTCTbh I was confused at first, but after watching you guys I realized how they changed the old finale formula to something unique. This time we thought the plan was wrong and they had to find another last solution, just as usual, but in fact Billy’s plan was correct and they just screwed it up a bit but still managed to keep it on tracks. And for the audience, we only realized the power vacuum actual meaning after Chuck is dealt with. If I was Billy, I would be pissed too if they screwed up the plan because of some lack of context, prevented me to check if everything was still fine since they stole the book too, and killed me.

2020-11-17 04:38:30 +0000 UTCWhile I wasn't particularly surprised about how it happened, I was satisfied with how it went down. And I think it's a fitting end to Chuck. My hope is that Jack can somehow restore the old Death, and he comes and reaos an old and alone Chuck. While there was no crazy twist in how they defeated him, I'm glad they played it safe and stuck the landing. It would've been weird if Sam and Dean somehow found a way to beat him themselves, physically or otherwise.

2020-11-17 02:36:34 +0000 UTC100% agree, the amount of times he kept saying stay down started to make me laugh but I’m happy with the story for it

2020-11-17 02:23:08 +0000 UTCI thought the way the final fight was shot and acted was really unsatisfying. The way and reason he died, however, was AMAZING! Totally satisfied.

2020-11-17 02:20:03 +0000 UTCThis episode was basically a perfect up for the last episode. Wrapping up the main storyline so we can focus on the characters for the finale. Great way to go about it.

2020-11-17 02:04:29 +0000 UTCI was satisfied. I love the fact the Chuck now has to live as something he thought so little of and hated. I did wish it wasn't as rushed though. The plan to use jack to syphon God's power could have been at least a two episode arch.

2020-11-17 02:02:09 +0000 UTCI'm satisfied somewhat about how Chuck was beaten, but unsatisfied about the episode. It felt very low energy and Cass's death barely got a reaction out of ANYONE. But the fact that Chuck survived the fight isn't smart. Jack's been depoweredtwo or three times in only a couple of seasons... What's to say that Chuck can't do the same given a little time and finish wiping out everything?

2020-11-17 01:52:20 +0000 UTCWas satisfied, personally I'm just glad we're not dealing with him in the last episode, however Sam & Dean better not die from a random monster.

2020-11-17 01:49:15 +0000 UTCI was satisfied. I think a big showdown would’ve been unrealistic considering Chuck is literally God. I liked how human it was.
