Lenny has the letters 'L' and 'E'. Homelander also has 'L' and 'E' in it. Lenny has two 'n's. When you put two 'n's next to each other, they look like an 'm'. Homelander has an 'm' in it. Only letter left is 'y', which is: 'y' would anyone ever even think of this?! It's pretty obvious that Homelander is Billy's brother.

This poll's question is misleading... COULD he be alive?... Why not?; just about anything COULD happen. But IS he alive? I think that's the real question you want to ask, and the two questions and their answers are quite different.

I will say that he’s dead. Perhaps it has to do with what Becca said to Butcher last episode. That Butcher was passed saving long before she showed up in his life. Perhaps it was the loss of his first canary that sent Butcher wild. And now he has Hughie keeping him in check.

For a split second during the fight with Black Noir, I started to think maybe he was Lenny and that's why he was looking for Butcher, but then Mr. Edgar called and I realized that he was there because of Vought and my theory was probably crazy.

I feel like Lenny might have killed himself. It seems like Hughie dose remind Butcher of Lenny and when they were in the tunnels Butcher didn't step in until he saw Hughie give Starlight the nod to take him out. And in this episode when Hughie said that he sometime still thinks of ending things that seems to really get Butcher's attention. Butcher might blame himself for some reason and now he doesn't want what happened to Lenny to happen to Hughie.

It would be too similar to last season, I think him being dead adds more then if he was alive cause like the show says hugie fills that role now so theirs no reason for their to be two

I agree with Eric that it feels too similar to Becca is alive reveal last season. Like others have said it could just be Billy’s actions indirectly caused Lenny’s death and it started him down on his dark path until he met Becca.

The way its mentioned its clear that he is no longer in the picture, but I dont think its a supe related incident, possibly being hurt by something trying to stop Billy from going too far. Larry being the first canary he lost so to speak

It would be horrible if he died like Anakin, and now he's Black Noir but no one but Edgar knows. Either that or Noir's masked up Soldier Boy and with the return of Lamplighter they're about to get the old band back together.

I want to throw this second one in. Maybe when Lenny died Butcher went on a killing spree like he is now until he found Becca cause she said she knew he would be like this implying that this may be something he has shown before like when he lost his brother

I feel like the show made it clear that Lenny is dead and was only brought up to better understand Hughie's and Butcher's relationship. I thought that was clear as day.

No I don’t think so. I think they just threw that into the story to push more to the fact that Huey needs Billy and Billy needs Huey. But I feel like we may learn what killed him
