Definitely season 2 for me. Nothing can beat the Thawne + Dark + Merlyn team.

personally i think season one had some memorable moments [like all season] but what makes it my favorite season is the chemistry all these characters had with each other along with Leonard Snart [rip] season two would also be in my top two just because the AMAZING villains.

i've enjoyed all the seasons, but 2 and 3 had the best balance of silly and serious. season 1 was too serious, season 4 too silly. season 5 is a return to balance, but still not as good.

Season 3 and 5 for me. I loved the Malice storyline in season 3, which gave us Nora, Ava, gave us depth to Damien Darhk, Wally, Zari, and John joined the Legends. The send off of Stein and Jefferson were heartbreaking and I loved how the crew used the totems to defeat Malice, while Damien sacrificed himself for Nora. Season 5 I thought did great with character interactions and revamping older characters. New Zari really surprised me despite her being introduced as initially shallow. The writers did treat her as her own character and not just old Zari. While probably not popular the Zari/John thing is a good way to show she is her own person and not just sticking her and Nate back together. Astra was a good antagonist and than later semi-evil protagonist. She had more depth than I expected. I loved John finally got a outright success for once and it didn’t feel bittersweet unlike with season 4 by saving Astra and doing right by her. Zari’s brother fit right in and won me over. Charlie being revamped into a Fate actually made her fit more into the story than season 4 did and her dysfunction with her family was hard to watch, but made me feel for the character. Ray and Nora send off wedding felt earned and a good ending for Ray. Mick’s storyline with his daughter managed to distinguish itself from Stein’s daughter and really made me feel he was used better than he was in the past. Even if the Fates weren’t great villains I still felt they were a step up from last season. There were enough positives for fifth season for me to edge out season 2 as second favorite season of Legends. For me order from best to worst seasons goes 3, 5, 2, 4, and 1. Season 1 tried to be too serious so the nonsensical stuff or silly plots really hurt it more for me than when the later seasons did it. This was the worst Vandal Savage I have seen and he never felt like a threat to me. As much crap as Cicada got in Flash I feel Savage is the original villain that could have gotten stopped way sooner, but just wasn’t for plot reasons. Hawks had a bad storyline for me.

So hard to choose! I had stopped watching after season 1 until I heard you guys talking about how good the show had gotten and I decided to catch up - a decision I will never regret. Probably I'd have to go with season 2 for getting me back in and season 4 for the puppets and embracing the crazy.

Season 2 is my Favorite because it’s two teams of misfits battling. The Legion of Doom and the Legends. Plus the reverse flash is never unwelcome.

S2 was the best and s3 is a worthy follow up. Both having the best fun to serious balance. S2 is the best. Mick and Sarah got good arcs , Stein got a daughter, villains were great and threatning, great finale. S3 has Beebo, touching goodbye to stein, and the best villain arc with Damien and his daughter, great finale also. 2>3>>1=5>4

Season 2 and 3 for me. As much as I've been enjoying Season 5, there was a consistent balance of seriousness and comedy, as well as a through story telling pace, that I personally believe hasn't been achieved in later seasons as of yet.

2 and 3. Difficult to beat Reverse Flash and the Legion of Doom, IMO. And 3 since they brought on some incredible characters like Zari, Wally, and Ava.

3 & 5 for me. The storylines with the two Zaris, Ava joining the crew, Mick's daughter & Behrad becoming a Legend all were surprising to me and really landed.

Seasons 3 and 4 for sure. In season 3 we had the giant voltron Beebo vs a time demon and Grodd hunting Obama. In season 4 we had puppets of tomorrow and demon nipples.

I still wish Zari 1.0 had gotten a dinner with her parents.
