Mary, she is clearly the medic and a great one to boot, I feel that she just doesn't realize her own worth yet on the team because she is basically gonna do the same thing she has been doing from the clinic. She needs a moment of "oh what I've been doing was the best use of myself all along and it really helps out the team"

I like all of these options, but obviously it is Mary. In addition to wanting to see her work more with Kate, I also want to see them hanging out more, clubbing more, shopping more, and having pizza night together like the sisters on Supergirl (and maybe with them!)

I'd love for Julia to team up or hang out more. She is reliable but it seems she barely interact or help Kate. Luke is already great Kate quits more often then her.

Mary deserves more love in this show! I feel like Mary is being set up to be a hero of her own at some point. I'm sure Luke will eventually become Bat Wing like in the comics, and perhaps Mary could become someone else, something else.
