Honestly? I have no idea what's going on.

2020-02-27 19:46:37 +0000 UTCI'm thinking Brendan is the force that originally powered Gallifrey and gave them their regenerations. Just before they sat him down to mindwipe him ( which looked a lot like the chameleon arch that Tennants Doctor used to make himself human in the family of blood episodes. ) they focused on the clock. Also, when they walked into the room, the doors opened inward like TARDIS doors. All subtle hints to Gallifrey i think.

2020-02-27 14:58:09 +0000 UTCBecause they stole his memories at the end it made me think of Jack's introduction to the show back in series one. I have to believe with how he last departed that he's coming back, so maybe that's him becoming the Jack we know now.

2020-02-26 07:21:41 +0000 UTCSeems like both to me. Someone else said something about it seeming like his father the the police officer being Gallifreyans. But I think it goes further. I think he comes away from the experimentation with resentment and anger towards humanity and/or the Time Lords if he manages to learn about them in the process and wanted to get vengeance on them. So he was a willing recruit for the Cybermen. But whatever special ability to not die he has might have made him unable to be properly upgraded, and thus he was "discarded". After all, why would Cybermen reject someone for upgrade unless they couldn't upgrade that person?
2020-02-26 06:49:08 +0000 UTCI think he’s the timeless child and his dad and the policeman are galifreyans experimenting on him for his ability to not die. The device they used at the end to wipe his mind was extremely simaler to the chameleon arch used in the 10th doctor episode “Human Nature”.
2020-02-24 22:14:19 +0000 UTCI wanna say the timeless child, but tbh I've got nothing like only the shred of a semblance of a clue, cause his whole situation felt way more like captain jack's than any time lord shenanigans

2020-02-24 22:05:11 +0000 UTCI put other since I’m pretty sure the girl in the flashbacks is the Timeless child. However, their could be multiple children, since those things in series 11 said that the timeless child was an “outcast, abandoned and unknown”. This applies to Brendan.

2020-02-24 21:52:38 +0000 UTCI thought first of all, Brendan must be The Timeless Child but when they sat him down to wipe his memory, it looked like the old Torchwood setup that was used on Capt. Jack! or with the connection to Gallifrey, the other one that had their mind wiped could have been either the Doctor or Doctor Ruth!!

2020-02-24 20:39:17 +0000 UTCCaptain Jacks son? The way he came back to live after he fell was really similar to the way jack comes back.

2020-02-24 20:15:42 +0000 UTCFor me it's the Timeless Child, and I think he is at the core of what allows Gallifreyans to become Time Lords. I have a theory on what that may mean for the war between humans and Cybermen in part 2.

2020-02-24 19:12:24 +0000 UTCI think they might be trying to tease the origins of Galifrey. Maybe humans evolve into what we know as the timelords and Brendan is an experiment of what we eventually know as regeneration.

2020-02-24 16:48:58 +0000 UTCI put other as I think that he may be both the Lone Cyberman AND the Timeless Child.
