2019-12-05 15:57:49 +0000 UTCTo clear up the lie confusion, Silas lies to Vic about the fact that his mother died in the accident, when in actuality both she and Vic survived but were so badly wounded that Silas would only have time to save one of them. So Silas saves Vic as he knew his wife wanted but in order to not have Vic blame his father for his mother’s death, as he would have chose to let her pass, he instead told him the lie that she was killed in the accident. Silas meant for this to mean that the mother’s death was the fault of no one, a freak accident, Vic however blamed himself because he caused the accident that killed her, something Silas did not expect nor notice allowing Vic to form a complex about it.
