I voted yes because the woman was very stand-offish and only wanted to talk about serious information when Eugene pushed for it. If you were to see it from her perspective, The man called Eugene on the other end would seem more suspicious than she is. Though, the fact she doesn't want to hear any other person on the radio is a bit strange. Fuck it, FLIP A COIN!

I think it’s possible that this girl is in Eugene’s head. It keeps showing how lonely he is and plus there was foreshadowing of the radio malfunctioning earlier in the episode.

Trust doesn’t just happen, it has to be built. Telling Eugene to keep their conversations to themselves is a next step to test whether or not he’s trustworthy, considering the long-term circumstances. A completely rationale and understandable move by her, in my opinion.

Been burned too many times in this show by people claiming to be helpers and good guys. Terminus anyone? They did great BBQ's but they weren't exactly what we were hoping for. I do not trust her at this moment!

I want to trust her, but part of me is uneasy. The only safeguard: now that both the Whisperers and Negan are in play (Negan possibly as an enemy) I doubt we would be introduced to a third enemy in this season. If she is a threat, I think we can rest easy believing this is just a seed for the next season.
