Do you think the Gozzo wiped out the Flora and Fauna/ecosystem of Drahgor III or are the Karnex Dragons the only other inhabitants.

Definetly they wiped it clean, after all the weather was getting worse as said in the episode. Besides the dragons again need to sustain themselves, they clearly wanted to feed on living beings, maybe they were trapped on purpose because of that. And even more, the atmosphere was good enough for the Gozzo to live there without apparent supporting gear like masks, suits, or breathable gas tanks. For those conditions to be met and yet to only be there one single life forms sounds pretty illogical.
