The premise is that Reigen wants to publish a book about his adventures as the #1 psychic to make more money, so most of the ova is him narrating over old footage. There are some new scenes though and most of the old scenes are changed in some way to make Reigen look better lmao. It goes so far as to full on animate Reigen in another character's place. It's a fun watch but it's over an hour long and probably doesn't make for great reacting material
