2019-08-17 07:57:01 +0000 UTCOne of the big things you guys gotta realise is that the term Psychic is used for both characters with Spiritual Power (the old dude and the fat dude - and what people believe Reigan has) and Psychic Power (Mob, Hanazawa, Claw), people believe in those having spiritual power, but actual psychic powers are even more rare.

It was actually adressed in the show, at least in the sub, when they have that one guy that was watching while eating chips say "man, those special effects have really improved these last couple of years." So the skeptics in the general public might assume it was cgi while those that want to believe will belive it was real.
