It isn't the first comic one as he did not show up in the comics until 2015ish but he was made for Japanese TV in 1978 about 5 years before Peter Porker. The funniest thing about it though is the show created the idea of a Megazord for Sentai shows(Like Power Rangers) as Takuya Yamashiro(Spider-Man) summons a giant robot named Leopardon to kill monsters. When he was introduced to Marvel comics officially was Spider-verse the comic arc.

2019-05-11 23:05:06 +0000 UTCFun fact it actually was Goblin she was fighting. They didnβt have the budget/time to create a Peter Lizard character model so they morphed Goblin to look Lizard-esc and did the shadow storytelling. So in essence she was fighting Goblin

2019-05-11 22:37:46 +0000 UTCClarifying one backstory thing for the guys. That wasn't Gwen fighting Green Goblin in her backstory. It was her fighting the Lizard, which in her universe *was* Peter Parker. He died in the process and if you notice on his body, he has scales on his skin after he turned back into a human.
