2019-05-14 16:28:01 +0000 UTCWe don't know on which phase Hisoka got expelled the year before, all we know is that he attacked an examiner "he didn't agree with" and almost killed him; that same examiner was the guy with the boomerang sickles from the tower episode that tries to kill him for revenge and ends up getting beheaded by Hisoka.
