The show definitely improved as it went on but still a lot more kid friendly that Clone Wars or even Rebels. Although Rebels started out a little slow for me and did pick up quite a bit after the first season. I felt Kaz didn't quite have the emotional gut punch I was hoping for after watching his planet blown up, but I suppose that was probably to make it not too dark for kids. Interested to see where the ship ends up.

When I saw the trailer, I didn't like it, but I was wiling to give it a shot. Unfortunately, I've just hated every single second of it, even though I really wanted to like it. But I continue to watch it for your reaction, like I did Inhumans. Not sure which is harder to get through...

When I saw the original trailer, I was fine with what I saw but not wowed. Being an artist, the style of the art and ships and the bright colors drew me in. Now I can say, after watching a whole season, that the show tells a good story and makes for a great visual look. Great show and looking forward to next season.

I too left after the first four episodes; the 'catering to a younger audience' felt too young for me. I'm glad you guys reacting to it brought me back to finish off what became a fun and engaging storyline.

The second half was very good. The first half was a bit slow, but that's pretty normal when we're talking about establishing characters. We saw Kaz grow a lot, which was nice. He went from almost frustrating to me rooting for every thing he did. I also love Tam going with the First Order. I'm glad they had the balls to do that. I hope she's there for a long time. Perhaps even in some sort of Fulcrum-esque way.

I was under-whelmed in the beginning and left the show for a while. But the best thing I ever did was plow through the first 12 episodes. It started to really grow on me, and the show took off. I never imagined I'd be able to love a show with only one location, new characters with no real connection to the bigger conflict, and especially with NO FORCE. But Resistance has reminded me the greatest lesson Star Wars teaches us. No life is insignificant. The decisions you make can change the galaxy.

I choose not to watch this season and instead watch your reactions. And i have to say im impressed. The little bits that u showed really surprised me and ill definitely start actually watching season 2 onward

I really grew to love this show quite a bit. Thought it was a great first season and introduction to these characters. On an unrelated note you guys should totally watch the mid-season trailer now cause it really is quite fantastic.

Really didn't like the first trailer and wasnt on board at first, however the show proved me wrong. I hope season 2 does alot ot world building and that Ezra appears in multiple appearances ala Asoka in Rebels.
