Supergirl 4x15 Poll!

What do you think of Manchester Black?

Comments

The dam set was where clark fought bizarro (smallville) and also where the legends of tomorrow first look was. With the giant robot foot

The healing ability reminds me of Call of Duty where you can hide behind cover and heal up after getting shot

He said that he picked through JJohns brain. Maybe he left a mental figure in his head. So it’ll be like Killgrave where he’ll be in his head. Or it was a fake body like when he tricked him into punching the Child Of Liberty

ChiefChill

The Keanu Reeves movie and wildcat reference is from the movie speed with Sandra Bullock

RedX11

Manchester has been my favorite character and story line for this season so I am hoping he is alive and will return this season or next season.

Malakai

I think Manchester is gone but mostly because we still have to deal with the resolutions of Lockwood's storyline for the season along with that of Russian Supergirl, Lex and the ultimate spy Eve and just 7 episodes to do it all. If Manchester returns it should be in Season 5.

Diego

I think he got sucked into the crystal on the staff or something. I'm really intrigued by his last comment, "You're beautiful," to J'onn. Was that a comment on seeing J'onn go full Manhunter, or was it foretelling something else? I think it was a comment on J'onn going full Manhunter and releasing his rage.

Don't get me wrong I've enjoyed his character but I'm also kind of glad he's supposedly dead. That being said I still don't buy it, why did he spend these past two episodes boading John into killing him

Joel

I dont think he is dead. I have a feeling that he was using that thing he got from fortress of solitude again to make a clone of him and put the ring on the clone to manipulate Hank.

He may be dead for now, but this is a comic book show. Death is meaningless. He'll be back, one way or another, even if it's just a ghost in J'onn's head.

Darth Skhorrn

Just because he's dead doesn't mean he's gone. He could be used for dream/nightmare sequences. He could have left some sort of psychic imprint on J'ohn. Hat or someone else may find a way to bring him back to life. Who knows.

k9commander

I didn't like the way they killed him i hope he is alive and comes back and gets a redemption arc

Dip602

John taking the ring back made it feel final.

Doby Greg

with Martian becoming the "manhunter" and having his first kill I would say he won't be back

I think he might be gone for good this time. He's been trying to get himself killed for most of the season and it seemed pretty final this time

Jeanette C

Since I’m not 100% sure what that staff does to ones soul I will say he could be back, but it’s a strong possibility he’s gone for good and he was just a plot device to change Manhunter into what we see now.

Andrew Courtney

He is gone. Thats the end for him.

I think he’s really gone this time. It would be kind of cheap to pull that fake out two episodes in a row and his last words were so meaningful. Plus, now we can move on to some other storylines. Hope the actor still recurs though in J’onn’s visions. He was amazing.

I want to say he is gone, but it was such a.... quick and sudden send of for me? Left me feeling like there is still for to come from his character, especially if there is a potential he was theoretically teaming up with Lex.

I would like to see him return he’s a really cool character and I don’t think the writers are done with him

Christian Bolda

I'm not 100% sure that was Manchester, mainly because they got the ring back. Could've been someone he made look like him with that hologram thing he used last episode. But his last line kind of seemed like it was meant to let us know it was him and make his words more meaningful. I'm sad J'onn is so lost now.

Ian Vega

I vote he's gone, but will still recurring in J'onn's visions(memories)
