I think he doesn't and it will make for a potentially interesting conflict when it is revealed.

It makes sense that they'd've become acquainted at the Battle of Jakku, especially if Doza defecting from the Empire was a part of why they got to know one another, which would also explain why Poe left Kaz with Yeager as a spy – he'd've had experience in spying with or via Doza.
