I don’t really like it, prefer if they introduced a new character rather than this but I’ll give it a chance first

For now I’d prefer a new character, Nora would have been a good replacement, but I’ll give Charlie a chance. Amaya was such a stick in the mud, very one note, and extremely hypocritical. I was glad to see her leave and perhaps that character soured how I view the actress. I hope this changes my mind.

I think the actress became such good friends and they didn’t want to lose her but they felt like Amaya’s story had gone on long enough.

As it stands right now, I’ll say I would prefer someone or something else. I don’t see her character’s value to the team or story. But if she does stay on and they restore her power somehow, then my answer would change.

She's going to be tested. She's going to join the team. She's going to get her power back. The question is, what form will she chose as her standard form when she gets her power back? Will she chose the punk rocker look? The Amaya look? Or a new actor/actress?

I think she will partly gain it back. Amaya will be the base but she'll be able to change for a couple minutes/seconds.

I liked the Actress of the Punk Version of Charlie. Amaya is weird. But it makes for interesting storytelling for a few Episodes. Otherwise I think Charlie doesn't ad much to the team.

I would rather have Real Amaya back. I always find it weird when they use the same actor for a different role. Other Earth versions of people are more understandable, but different people entirely, fucks with me.

I remember Amaya being moral compass for Mick sometimes in the second season, but I wouldn’t say she was a moral compass for everyone, especially not last season when she couldn’t keep her hands off of Nate and endangered the timeline.

She has some promise as a character, and I think Maisie Richardson-Sellers is a great actress. Depends on where the writers take her. I don’t want Charlie to drown out the development between Mick and Ray. Not to mention the potential with Ray and Nora Darhk. It would be interesting to see more interactions between Charlie and Constantine.

Oof really not a fan. IMO her story was complete and I felt I didn't need any more of her whereas I was really intrigued with Charlie (as the other actress) and it would've been awesome to have a shapeshifter on the team. Also was it just me or was she never really the moral compass this episode made her out to be, that was always Ray imo

I think they took away her powers so that she and the Legends could get used to her looking like Amaya; then when she gets her powers back she defaults to Amaya because she’s comfortable in that body now.

I'm very exited for this new character, especially the possibility to finally get a new roguish member of the team on the waverider! Ever since the death of snart in season 1, and Sara becoming captain, Mick has been the lone rebel, whereas all of the others are pretty tight laced (for legends). Anyone else think that having a punk rocker + arsonist on bored is going to end awesomely?

Voted I'm excited. I think it's going to be fun to watch her play a role differently. Plus she hot and accent is nice. Wonder if Nate is going to find out and if he would want to get back with the new her or just bang her? again??

Doesnt fit the show format without James BAMFord's archery choreography Sara had shown while she was on Arrow's first seasons. Neither did Helen of Troy's bow usage during the season 2 finale. When she discovered the handgun, she immediately dropped her bow and used a gun in the fight against the zombie brit troops.

I'm excited because 1. I think she'll have her shapeshifting ability back, we only have Constantine's word that she can't and he's not the most truthful guy and 2. if she can't/choose not to change her face, I'm here for the team having to deal with 'Amaya's face but notAmaya' (like Team Arrow w/ Black Siren), I like character-driven angst and I think LoT is good at it

I would have liked the shapeshifter stay with the powers as it could have also been a way to bring anyone in an episode since the shapeshifter can be anyone, just with a different personalty of that person.

I would be more excited if I didn't know that Maisie will be back. CW didn't even try to keep it secret, her return was confirmed few months after last season finale.

I highly dislike Fauxmaya. If they kept her powerbase as shape-shifter I might have been okay with it. But at the moment her only purpose seems to be to create drama.

I believe 'Amaya' will be the base form for now. As the show continues she will learn to shapeshift again for a limitied time until she returns to her current baseform 'Amaya'. As for the flashback: It's been a very long time since I've seen Constantine, but I believe it's Papa Midnite - I could be wrong.

I just hope she gets a little of her shapeshifter power back

Amaya was always my least favorite member of the team. Taking away Charlie's shapeshifting to make her look like Amaya is just stupid

I wish she was still under her punk form.

I hate that they took away her ability to shapeshift. That would have been a cool power and made her a better addition to the Legends. I would have also preferred she stayed in the punk form, it feels forced for her to look like Amaya.

Nothing against the actress but I would rather we just added the shape shifter in her punk persona. I wish the Arrowverse would let go of some of these actors instead of trying to find new ways to use them. Tom Cavanagh is starting to feel forced and it is impacting my enjoyment of the latest Wells. I would hate for them to do the same to Amaya’s actress.

Excited. I like the actress.It's a well for shenanigans informed by years with the real Amaya. Also we get to see Nate react to a fake Amaya and she seems more chill than regular Amaya. You can't unclip wings but they might slowly grow back. As in she can transform for really brief moments.

I'm really unsure how to feel. I liked Charlie's character and I understand this is a cool way to keep Amya as an actress, but I dont know if I love keeping the actress but changing personalities. I definitely want to give it a few episodes before I decide
