The implication in the English translation is different than that the Japanese, where he mostly just sounds indignant at the idea of All Might having such a weak look and that it's an affront to him. The English does seem to indicate that he understands the foolishness of what he has done wrong, The Japanese is probably closer to his actual character at this point though and he probably still doesn't accept or even gather the wrongness of what he's done.

I waited all week for this and it didn’t disappoint. To answer Aaron’s question you have to remember way back in season 1 Tomura told his master (All for One)that there was a kid with a similar power to All Might who got in their way. That is probably the moment All for One considered that All Might may have passed on OFA. Then on out from there was the Sports Festival where Midoriya publicly used the power and All for One likely saw it and was told that was the kid that got in Tomura’s way. When he fought All Might here he could confirm that OFA was no longer in him and knew for sure Midoriya had it. It is one of those things that may fell like it comes out of nowhere until you look back on it with prior knowledge and see all the pieces are there.

Yeah I've never understood why so many people miss that. The english manga translation is pretty clear "That lowlife? He could never do this to me!" so I guess it was more ambiguous in the anime. Still I always thought it was pretty clear it wasn't Toxic Chainsaw and as the series goes on becomes more apparent it was All For One who even mentions it in this episode or the last.

They did reveal Tomura's name last episode, in the flashback where All For One calls a young Tomura "Shimura Tenko" so Eric did catch on correctly

Fun fact, the plus Ultra Stars represent each user, with the color being the color OFA appears as lightning for that user. So we have White (1st), Blue (2ed), Red (3ed), Green (4th), Orange (5th), Dark Purple (6th), and Light Purple (7th / Nana Shimura). When All Mighy does it, it flashes yellow at the very end, and when Deku does it there is an additional yellow line, which confirmed by the lighting we see here is All Might's color. Finally whenever Deku does the plus Ultra Stars it ends in a blue-green flash of light, the color of his lightning. Which I find really cool that the power manifests as a different color for each user.

Actually, in the last episode, in his flashback, All for One calls him Tenko Shimura. Go back and check. It was the only actual clue.

Even tho i watch every video this reaction alone was worth the money.

Also Akasan is going with the common mistranslation. Midoriya asked if Poison Chainsaw was the one to cause allmights fatal injury. All Might actually says "I fought him around that time but it wasn't him". It was All for One who did it.

Somebody pass this info on. For some reason they skipped over/shortened some upcoming scenes. AFO sees using an infrared quirk but it's never mentioned in the anime. I believe the scene where he sees Midoriya in the crowd is supposed to be a hint.

This might be really random, but while I was watching the reaction, I noticed for the first time that there's a guy in the crowd in the city that looks exactly like Scar from FMA (minus the actual scar though). MHA is done by the same studio as FMA, so they most likely snuck him in as a cameo.
