Coming back to check the poll and happy with the results. The other contenders deserve to come back as they would all make great reactions. Rick is so passionate about Berserk that I hope they do it like they did Firefly, just surprise us and start reacting in space between other big-named shows. Congrats Breaking Bad fans!

Hope Berserk comes up again its such an amazing story that seems so darkly human with deeply fleshed out characters. Not as good as the manga but again it never really is. But Breaking Bad is also a great choice as well but I felt it was too mainstream a suggestion.

Given that Breaking Bad has basically won this poll, I seriously hope the Expanse turns up on the next or future polls. Its a phenomenal series, and I think Blind Wave would love it!

Tokyo Ghoul is not good, the manga is okay at best, the anime is terrible especially anything that was made after the first season. Glad it's losing. So many more great anime to chose from like Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Monster, and so much more.

As much as I love Breaking bad, I kind of agree with you. It's more the show that I'm just interested in watching their reaction to key moments throughout. Unlike LOST where I would be very interested episode by episode, to see how their thoughts theories and such evolve throughout. Lost's key appeal, is mystery, and it's one of the only shows that I'm glad they would only watch once a week, because that is really the best way to experience it, slowly dissecting everything in each episode week by week, trying to put all the pieces together. There is just so much to discuss in that show, it would be perfect for their format.

I voted for Breaking Bad against my gut. As amazing as the show is, I feel like a lot of the reactions will be pretty tame as compared to LOST, Spartacus, or my personal write-in (in hopes they'll add it to a future poll) The Leftovers on HBO. Breaking Bad is a slow burn kind of show, meaning there won't be a big ratio of epicness per episode, which might make for slower reactions. All the same, I'm excited to watch them watch it and already cannot wait for my favorite moments to be theirs too

God it'd be great to see you all give input on Berserk. Absolutely adore the dark fantasy from the series, and though the Manga is superior, that's common ground. It's still a fantastic piece of storytelling and dark, fucked up art. Though I love TG, honestly I can't recommend the anime. There's just too much content missing, especially if you jump into season 2 and 3, it gets all kinds of weird for anime-only's. I'd be fine with any of them, but Berserk has the quickest turnover compared to the other shows which will literally last a year or more most likely.

Eric and Shane, you should watch The Leftovers (I guess on your own time, I doubt it's winning any polls) if you liked (and like talking about) LOST. It might not necessarily hook you right away but I'm pretty sure you'll love it. :)

It is kind of slow at the start. But I could see them discuss the choices made by Walter and if they make him a bad person or are they necessary. I'm hoping at least one will be against Walter for some interesting discussions. Hopefully Aaron. But I'm not sure in terms of reaction themselves. They do try to have one oh shit moment in each season 1 episode buy it is mostly a smooth ride. It does feel mostly like a binging series but the discussion is where the worth of it will be decided I think.

One of the reasons I want to see them react to breaking bad (Other than giving me another excuse to watch it again) is because I think BB will spark some really interesting discussions about morality and legality between them, especially in the later seasons. I just hope Eric and Shane stick around to lead them through it! It'd be awesome if they then picked up Better Call Saul, but I think the guys have to fall in love with ol' Jimmy first...

This is a hard choice. Breaking Bad is a great show but I feel like there is nothing to discuss really. I really don't want another anime but Berserk would be pretty cool. I think that the best show there, in all aspects (direction, story, music) is Berserk, but sadly enough the 97 anime never finished the story, and if they feel like going forward with it they'll be at the mercy of the godawful CGI new anime. So my vote is going for Breaking Bad, it's easily the 2nd best show on the list and it's got a complete story at least.

I hope so too. It's such a fun show. Probably a bit dated but I think they would enjoy it. Unfortunately it only got like 250 votes in 2016 big poll and it's so long (10 seasons + 5 seasons in SG Atlantis) that they probably won't just pick it on their own. It would take them years to complete it anyway... But maybe some day...

Yep. Last season crammed 120 ch in 12 ep, it's not surprising the anime got confusing, and even before that, as a lot of stuff was cut out. Tokyo Ghoul is not a good choice for reactions

Why the hell are so many people voting for Tokyo Ghoul? The Anime is an atrocity of an adaptation. They would be so damn confused about what the hell is even going on from Root A onwards and the fact that Root A isn't even canon doesn't help either. And don't even get me started on :Re. Look, I'm a big Tokyo Ghoul fan (season 1 was bearable and I love the Manga) but please don't vote for it... I'm 100% they won't like it from Root A onwards. I'm so sad Black Sails is over :( I consider it the best show EVER and I'm desperately looking for another on the same level of dialogues, photography, characters etc. Could someone give me a suggestion? I would personally say Breaking Bad. Just finished the first season at it was great, so I could jump on the Blind Wave-train. Beserk is a bit...too much for me, same with Spartacus. I got disinterested in Lost shortly after the beginning of season 3, so I don't know really about that. Haven't seen anything about Tokyo Ghoul, have read some of the manga, so I am a little bit curious. But like I said Breaking Bad is my choice. Been on the polls for a long time, seems to have a lot of fans and I think reaction-videos would be great

I still highly recommend Madoka Magica. It's short, sweet, and is very react-able. Good at prompting deep and involved discussion between reactors too.

Damn, I heard HxH was gonna be on here, really the only other anime left I would want them to react too. Lost and BB are both phenomenal shows, I would be happy with either of those winning, my vote is for lost, as I think the mystery aspect would be great for discussion. Spartacus and Berserk I haven't seen, so no opinion on those. And Tokyo Ghoul had an interesting first season, but was just straight trash after that, so no thanks. Edit: Looking at the resaults so far, I will switch my vote over to BB if it seems like TG has a chance of taking the lead, though I'm hoping the lost fans will come around, and that will catch up.

I imagine if Tokyo Ghoul won they would want to go through the whole story. I as an anime only had to drop the show during this last season, cause I just don't understand what is even going on at this point. I understang manga readers love it, and I don't doubt it's a good story but since the guys would be reacting to the adaptation only, and they have enough stuff for the channel going to ask them to take from their spare time to read the manga so they can follow a poll show, I don't think it's a good choice for them.

Apart from the first season, the Tokyo Ghoul anime is just plain awful. Especially the :re adaptation, there's so many better things to watch than being forced through that mess. I mean, there's literally no possible way for an anime-only to understand what's happening (and what's going to happen later) in the final season.

Voting for Spartacus, which is a great series. I like Berserk, but because it's still ongoing and the original anime will probably never be continued, it's hard for me to recommend it. Lost, if it's another situation like Clone Wars, where the people who've seen it tend to lead the post-show discussion a bit too much, not really a fan since it looks like Lost will be the same way. Don't really want a series of Eric and Shane really driving the discussion, would be nice to have the reactors going in cold by themselves. Never seen Tokyo Ghoul. Breaking Bad, like Spartacus, is probably the closet series narrative/character-wise to Black Sails, and it would probably be a good fit for this crew. Would again hope for a totally blind reaction crew ala Attack on Titan if it wins.
