Heyyy first post on here :D I actually just started watching season 2 a couple weeks ago. I wasnt very excited for this after the second half of season 1, so I procrastinated on seeing it. And even though it started really slow, I ended up loving this season! Even Mariah grew on me by the end. The romance between her and Shades was cringe but I really liked the sass between her and Luke. Bushmaster has to be one of the best villains in the MCU. And I can't be more excited for next season that ending is SUPER interesting!

There's little to no connection between her powers and storylines in the comics to her arc in Luke Cage, and I don't seem them introducing much of her comic powers in the next seasons either, it's too much of a different direction.
