Just put in literally everything he thinks he’d ever need. And since the Time Lords apparently also invented gravity, according to the Impossible Planet arc, all that stuff wouldn’t even need to weigh anything extra.

Two hundred million years ago would be before the dinosaurs.

No matter what 1960 B movie you watched, humans did not coexist with dinosaurs..... The oldest record we have of Homo sapiens is around 315,000 years ago.
