Arrow 6x13 Poll!

Do you want Lance to be successful in his redemption of Black Siren?

Comments

Last part being a possible spoiler you should change it.

Doby Greg

I actually enjoy laurel as a villain and if she is gonna be redeemed its probably gonna be because Quentin dies and apparently a main character is supposed to die in the finale

I don't. I prefer her as an evil person enjoying her time. I would like as a recurrent villain. However it would be weird if the redemption doesn't happen after so much build-up.

Doby Greg

just let her go wild

Yes, but I don’t her to be a part of the team or anything... Just want to see Lance help her see that she could be better despite her past actions.

RoadRaf

I don't really know what I want from the show at this point. I just hope it starts coming together better.

Jax

Absolutely not. One of the first things she did this season was break into the old police station and kill nine cops. Before that, she worked for Prometheus. Before that, she worked for Zoom.

Nathan Mortenson

He kidnaps a woman who looks like his daughter and he said and I'm paraphrasing "I'm gonna get it out whatever it takes, and that means that I will torture until you said I love you daddy"... He needs a doctor, and he needs it soon.

Miramos Cine y Series

I think he has already gotten to her through his actions. now he just needs to bring up her own father & asking her to think it out. How would he have done anything different?

StevenBrown

I think I want Black Siren to stay a villian

tsujoi

I want Laurel to have her redemption arc be fulfilled, but I love her, as Eric puts it, as a"Bad, Bad Girl". I think Deathstroke should recruit her for his team as a Merc for Hire.

Jordan Brauer

Yes please and she joins the team and they kill dinah

Matthew

Laurel is awsome and is part of the original team. Please make her good, or an anti-hero.

Mary Poppins Y'all

That makes no sense. Why would he kill Dinah when laurel has dropped buildings on innocent people and murdered people in cold blood. It would be bad writing if he killed the canary that has only killed villains.

Kevin Echeverria

I also don't want her to die, because I HATE when loved character are brought back just to die. I.E. Walking Dead Spoilers, but not really.

Boomchicawawa Bay

Redemption just being not as bad yes, but I just don't want another canary trade out it would feel way too forced.

Boomchicawawa Bay

Y’all never give a good reason as to why this is the case. Katie Cassidy for the first 2 seasons was more annoying in her portrayal than Rene is now. Season 3 they rushed her character development and her character was really one dimensional in season 4. Cavity lotz and Juliana Hakarvy are much better canaries than Katie Cassidy. I do love black siren however.

Kevin Echeverria

Laurel cannot be redeemed she’s committed too many atrocities.

Kevin Echeverria

The actress that plays Thea has no desire to be in this show. It’s been like that since she started to be speedy.

Kevin Echeverria

I agree with that. Realistically speaking she should not be allowed into the team after everything she’s done. I would be fine if she ends up being a sort of anti hero or like you said she dies protecting the city.

Kevin Echeverria

I would feel let down a little by the show if Lance fails at this, because they have been pushing it so hard

Tucker Lobner

Yes, but the only resolution I'm willing to accept if she gets redeemed is if she dies doing something heroic, like saving Lance or the city. I don't think it's fair to the memory of Earth-1 Laurel that she just gets replaced by a colder version of herself. If she's dead, she's dead. The writers need to accept that.

Erika Kobori

When she snapped the neck of that bleeding out guard when he said he had a family I wanted her to die.

I hope it pays off in some way, Lance was one of the few characters I still liked. Now it's only really Thea, and the writers don't give her much to do. On an unrelated note, why did they have to go and ruin Rene? He was my favourite character after his backstory in season 5.

Daniel Parkinson

yes only if they plan to leave her alone. they've done enough to her and to lance and after watching the reaction I could see this as a way to write out Dinah by having Vincent heal (but just have it take longer) and they go off together, and they can be recurring helpers in the future if they are needed

Eric Solo

Right, it's as if the writers are getting off on making this man miserable

Blackest Hippy

I hope Black Siren can be an anti hero. That seems to suit her more than being like Laurel's Black Canary. Also, can we celebrate the fact that Diggle didn't throw up this time?! He's finally mastered the super speed run!

Anthia Grant

Sorry, no. I prefer Dinah.

Paul Gregory

I hope they go with anti-hero idea, And not make her to replacement earth 1 Laurel

Salladin01

I would love a punisher style black canary

She’ll get redemption where as Dinah will be killed by Oliver by being a possible villain for next season

Jamie Smith

Leave Lance alone. He's had enough. Every season something happens with his daughters. She's alive, she's dead, she's alive, she's gone, she's a vigilante, she's dead, she's alive, it's a doppleganger, she's evil, she's good, she's evil again.

John Davis

Also I think Black Siren has been a very one dimensional character so far, jumping from villain to villain as their henchman, so I hope she gets more to do.

Able

I think what is going to happen is Laurel will be redeemed, and then one of the canaries will stay on the team, and the other will leave. I don't know who will be who.

besides QUENTIN HAS BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH

I Am Groot

If we spent all of this damn time on this storyline and it doesn't get resolved I will be mad.

I Am Groot

I want Lance to find peace, the only way that can happen is if he accepts that his daughter is dead. Trying to redeem a cold blooded killer might give him closure, but is it worth risking his life and allying with a criminal? Would his daughter want him to do that?

Able

If they do help her. That could drive Dinah away from both sets (maybe just the one at that point) and she can join the legends and eventually gets stuck back in time, meets young lance and well... Won't happen but it'd be interesting and a good ultimately comic based reference.

ObligedUniform

I don’t want her completely redeemed as I think she is good part baddie, but I would like to see her redeemed enough to be a trusted person they can rely on when their interests align. A little more than Malcolm was.

Callie Stephen

Ha, 2 dimensional, I get it, because she's from a 2nd dimension earth. I'm funny, leave me alone.

Ian Vega

I've been wanting it since last season. It doesn't make her our Laurel, nor should it. But any development for a character is always a good thing. A 2-dimensional character is better than a 1-dimensional one.

Darth Skhorrn

Yes for me Laurel is Black Canary, despite it being Dinah in the comics, I’m talking for the show. Plus she matches the canary’s look from the comics now as well.

Cameron Mason

Fix the mistake of season 4, Laurel Lance is the Black Canary the show should have.

GenAntilles

yes please! bring Laurel back to us!
