Thinking back to my younger days of browsing tumblr after watching these episodes, soooo many people brought that up after this episode came out. And technically, he kind of has assumed Batman's role from last season in coordinating missions and such. Dick Grayson is certainly his own person but you can see the effects that Batman has had on him all over the place

Check the comments of the full-length post, Eric responded about it there and there's a workaround posted for anyone encountering the issue. Haven't had any trouble with it yet myself though.

I'm surprised you guys didn't bring up how Nightwing using people is very reminiscent of his actions in failsafe. After the excuses he made with Wally, I can still hear his confession to black canary 'about not wanting to be the batman.' lingering in my head and feel sad for him because he seemingly can't escape that fate.

The triple agent was dumb to me. Wally brought up good points before though at how much keeping Aqualad's cover is costing them. He had to "kill" one of the heroes and the Light was still putting him through tests. For them to keep putting him through these tests would make me worried the Light wasn't buying Aqualad's cover and were just using him to damage the heroes. I was surprised Wally or Dick didn't consider this.

Great Ghubbly Ghu ... I've watched Bloodlines more than half a dozen times and always misinterpreted what was going on at the end of the episode. Good catch. Damn good catch. That's why I love this show: even after watching it so many times there's still subtle clues to find.

There is one HUGE problem that I do have with this episode. The issue of Aqualad being a 'triple agent' and trying to trick Nightwing? Wouldn't that also require Artemis to go along with the plan as well? The fact that Aqualad still had Artemis (As Tigress) around indicates that Aqualad is NOT plotting agaist Nightwing.

What I love about this episode is what most people miss. When Impulse went back in time, the issue of the 'time line still being wrong' came up at the end with the image of the mountain exploded. But this was a great 'misdirection'. The reason for Impulse to return was to save Flash... it had nothing to do with stopping Aqualad. So the 'broken time line' wasnt 'broken' at all, because Aqualad's actions still happens. And on review... you need to look at the town of Happy Harbor instead of the mountain to see if anything changed or not.
