2017-05-21 06:07:18 +0000 UTCSpeaking from experience at Wally's age I had multiple crushes at the same time. It doesn't seem odd to me for him to have a thing for Artemis and Megan. As the first season went on though it seems like Wally's flirting with Megan became less and less serious, while with Artemis he seems to have developed a strong attraction/connection, but he has not ready to face it yet. He completely tried to avoid the topic when Black Canary asked him about his strong reaction to Artemis death in their mental training program.

2017-05-20 22:38:46 +0000 UTCI'd like to point out that every DC universe has the Speed Force. It's a multiversal spanning thing. So yes, The Flash and Kid Flash technically are connected to the speed force. It's also worth noting that they're speed is also their own power, it just allows them to tap into the speed force.
