I have a question we see a crow or a raven around the girls allot. Is that Qrows pet or is that what Yangs mom turns into.

My guess is its a really big sword or a something like Yangs or a weapon Big Gun. He can use with the dog.

My funny guess for his weapon was always the dog lol Like he is a Beast Master type Huntsman so he uses Animal Companions as his weapons. Its probably not any where near correct, but an interesting though, Zwei is bad ass for one reason or the other lol

You do realize that Ruby and Yang share the same father right? They're Half-Sisters, Yang's mom is the 'Lady in Red', I know her name, but spoilers for them, and Ruby's mom was Summer Rose, who is more than likely dead and that's her grave stone Ruby always visits

What I mean is that the guy RWBY Callas Dad is Yangs dad but he agreed too take care of RWBY too cause her mom was his best friend.

I now am caught up on all my Rwby But does anyone else think RWBY is Qrows Daughter and thats why he drinks and he knew she be safe raised with Tang as sisters.

Qrow was holding back at the end. Probably because maybe this is how they greet each other. Kinda like In Red Sonya she Fights Arnalds Character At The End.

The Qrow vs Winter fight is one of my favorite fights in the show. A couple of people (me included) believe that Winter and Qrow used to be lovers.

I love this episode for the character interactions, character development, foreshadowing and Qrow. I love how excited Weiss is about Winter being there because we have rarely seen her act like this. I love Weiss is acting like a regular overexcited little sister and then becomes proper. Winter’ s personality is hard to pin down but I think this is because of what was probably an abusive and proper upbringing and her being a soldier. The really sad part is that from Weiss’ lack of reaction I believe abuse might be commonplace. However Winter does truly love Weiss they are both just dysfunctional because of their childhoods. I do also love how about all else she cares the most about Weiss’ happiness.I love how adorable Ruby is when she is trying to be formal. - - I love how Qrow makes his entrance by effortlessly destroying two Atlesian knights. From all of their interactions I believe Winter and Qrow used to be lovers. I also love how snarky Qrow is and how he seems to have a lot of contempt for Atlas and Ironwood. I also love how Qrow calls Winter Ice Queen and Weiss thinks he's talking about her. Also it’s hilarious that he just dismisses her. I just want to say that this is the most amazing fight in the entire show so far. I also love how when Mercury sees the fight he runs scared. The music fits perfectly and we finally get to see two fully trained huntsman/Huntresses fight. Also frighteningly I do not think they were going all out and Qrow was Drunk… I repeat Drunk! - - - I love both Qrow and Winters weapons. Winter has a dueling saber and parrying dagger and it's awesome that she dual wields. I love that Qrow has a sword-gun-scythe and if the gun is a shotgun it's a reference to Sarge from Red vs Blue. It is kind of disappointing we did not get to see the scythe form. I think because of Winters semblance that being able to use glyphs means that it's a semblance unique to their family either their mother or father. I love that Qrow stops fighting because he sees ironwood but still does a come get me gesture. I love how calm he is even with a sword centimeters from his neck. I loved seeing Penny even if she didn't talk. I saw on Tumblr that if you look closly at where Penny is looking she's looking at one of the destroyed robots and she looks sad. - - - I love the intensity between Qrow and Ironwood and how Ozpin defuses the situation. I love how adorable the relationship between Ruby and Qrow especially how he uses Ruby's signature line of nope. I love how they fist-bump when he leaves. I also love how much Ruby was influenced by Qrow. Qrow Is one of the funniest characters and at the same time has one of the most serious moments in the show. I love how we get a lot of plot information and foreshadowing. I can't wait to find out who Autumn is if it's a person and I’m scared to find out what Cinder has made. Ironwood is a good person but the things he is doing are going to lead to terrible consequences especially now that Cinder has access to his Scroll. - - - I am scared now that Cinder has a plan and is controlling the randomization process for the tournament. Also Penny is in one of the double round teams so I can't wait to see her fight and the fight next episode with Coco and Yatsuhashi and Mercury and Emerald. Also that sinister smile Cinder had at the end of the episode freaks me out. With Cinder’s virus working so well theory that she will gain control of Atlas’s robots seems like it might happen.

Of Butterflies and Books

Yeah, Winter is a perfectionist and a bit harsh with her words, but you can also tell that she genuinely cares for Weiss. In fact, she holds her wellbeing above how she's doing in her studies and training, and that even extends to Ruby. Sure, she's pretty disrespectful when she calls her underwhelming, but she's also appreciative that Ruby befriended Weiss since that was one of her main concerns when she asked her about how she was doing. She's supposed to be one of those types of people where you just kind of hate based on first impressions but see that there's more to them than just that after learning more about them. At the very least, I personally think she comes off as much less of a total bitch than Weiss was at the very beginning of series, though that is also because she had interactions with someone she's comfortable with, something Weiss didn't have in the very beginning.

Qrow is probably my favorite character in the entire series. Just his air of subtle badassery makes me love him.
