2016-11-25 03:23:20 +0000 UTCAlso, im with Eric, imagine being embroiled in a world war for 100 years. Everyone in that town, everyone in the WORLD other than Aang and Bumi, only know the war. The Fire Nation and Earth Kingdom have been at each others throats all that time, with neither one falling. You have to remember that this is the reality of the world these people live in. From birth, if you are earth kingdom, the Fire Nation is your enemy and they have taken enough from the people of the Earth Kingdom to back that up. It goes the other way as well. Its interesting that a kids show would ignore the cliche of some people sympathizing with an enemy because he was an okay guy for a day. In this case they have no reason to trust him. It would not make sense. He just admitted to being the prince of the nation that has tormented you your entire life. Had, from the start, he lied and said he was a deserter of the fire nation army who opposed the war and got burned when put in prison then MAYBE they would have been nicer. But he lied to them, and admitted to being Fire Nation royalty and just wrecked the only protection these people had. His family is responsible for this war. Most people would act the way they did in the real world given the circumstances.

Just hate her, but love the way she continues to get the better of those around her while simultaneously wanting to see her get beaten. think of her in that context. Her appeal is that of Ramsey or Joffrey, except she herself is a prodigal warrior.

(potentially) but in the graphic novels Ursa was an herbalist in her home town,and in their hometown they had their own special concotion. A lethal poison that had no smell taste or color, so the exchange was that Zuko lives if she gives Ozai one dose of it And she is Banished, so that a similar poison doesn't be used to kill him. He also keeps the kids as leverage
