I think Vibe would win even if they both had experience with their powers. Vibe's powers when used to there full potential can really do some damage

Vibe would win because he has more experience using his powers than Katelyn. She is still exploring her powers and she is scared of her powers. Whereas Vibe embraces his powers. Cisco also went to earth 2 and learned what he could do when he met with Reverb.

Amanda waller has stated that vibe is one of the only meta humans who she feels could beat the flash ...as in new 52 his vibes could shake planet ...and wonder if we will have him break dance ;)

I think Killer Frost needs to learn to control her powers more before she can beat Vibe! But LOVE her :)

It all depends on how far they have mastered their Powers. But at their full Potrential Vibe casn destroy Universes and Killer Frost still can only freeze sh**. So my vote got to Vibe.

I think vibe would. His powers shatter the ice killer frost uses. And vibe could just open a breach and bring gorilla grodd from HR's earth to finish her ha. But if killer frost is evil then she might try Cisco where as Cisco wouldn't kill her. I think this fight won't actually happen tho, and if it did maybe it's them two acting for a plan to catch someone.

I voted for killer frost bacause she was far more evil than reverb but I tend to agree with most people on here , it's out of context so we can only assume they are fighting, they could be training or Cisco could be the evil one.

If I go by the current interpretation off the vibe in the show, where Killer Frost turns evil, she would win no doubt. For the simple reason that she would not hesitate to hurt Vibe, where Vibe would obviously no want to hurt his friend. I don't think this is the correct interpretation, Cisco vibed Caitlyn not himself so his conclusion that he is the one battling her seems premature, so many earths so many other Vibes to battle :P

This is a tough poll, I want neither to win as I want Caitlyn to be a good version of Killer Frost if possible.. Cisco could really use a haircut once he dons his Vibe suit

I believe Killer Frost would win especially if she hit him with a solid outburst of cold but, it really depends on who is evil in the vibe. We know they are super close friends, Cisco has said before that Cait sees him as a brother. Whoever is good wouldn't be able, atleast I don't think, to take down their evil friend.

Vibe would win without a problem, in the vision he breaks her ice without much problem. About the vision though what if it's the other way around like Aaron said, if it's Cisco who turned evil and not Caitlyn? They were after all not giving any other context except 'we are fighting'

Vibe would win, as Cisco has had more time to perfect his powers and master them, where as Caitlyn has only just started using them. I agree with Ryan that the vision might have been Cisco teaching her to control her powers not a full on battle.

Vibe could just see the fight before it happens and I don't think Caitlyn will become Killer Frost. Cisco was probably trying to teach her to control her powers in that vibe.

Definitely Vibe. Ice cant freeze vibrations but his vibrations can break ice, like Cisco did to Killer Frost's ice spear.
