2016-10-04 19:52:29 +0000 UTCI answered that the tired reactions are great, because they are fun to watch, but not because I think the guys should always power through if they really are worn out. I wish there had been a 3rd option along the lines of "Tired or wait till rested should be a judgment call of the reactors, every day is different." Sometimes pushing that extra hour or two isn't a big deal and sometimes it hurts more than it should. So my real answer is, "You guys decide case by case whether or not you have it in you to stay awake, or if it would be better to rest at that time."
