Hey folks!

Weekly update here. Progress on the next King's Quest chapter is chugging along, albeit slowly. But I guess that was the point in pausing my Patreon and taking a couple months to relax and recover. A reminder to new patrons that if you signed up recently, you won't be charged again till I resume payments in October or so.

The above shots demonstrate the grind of making scenes which will be impactful, but not necessarily tantalizing. I'm most engaged and motivated with working on sexy scenes. The narrative stuff (like talking heads) are important but they can feel like a chore to get through.

It helps that Rosella has a certain regal beauty that is quite nice to work with. I really do like accentuating her in lavish medieval clothes and giving her a delicate-but-commanding air. It makes the h-scenes so much more alluring when she has to dress down to please her husband! 😋

Truth be told, Patreon has become a nice source of income and motivation. It sucks to pause but I'm very glad I did. Till July, I was going 15 months straight with no breaks. I enjoyed creating every comic I published, but even the things you enjoy can tire you out. Hence my decision to give all my regulars free access while I take the weight of expectations off my shoulders.

The King's Quest comic is one of my favorite projects thus far and I want to make sure I get it right. And I also want to take my time getting thru these technically challenging scenes. If it's not ready by time the free period is over, then I'll extend the pause by another month. I want to give you guys value for your pledges.
