Full time motion media artist myself and even with using this software for y e a r s there's so many text animation parameters AE crams in that are just so confusing. .;D Big mood too with adapting tutorials to fit your own style of project. Also tip with 3d cameras! After you make one, parent that to a Null object you set to 3d. Makes it waY easier to control the rotation and position that way so you have a tangible object to use when adjusting!
