Public Release 0.8.3 & Wallpaper Requests

This update may be minor, but it's not short on improvements. Here's what's new:
- Game Over scene for XX-23.
- You can now save the game in the classroom.
- Minor typos and bug fixes.

Also, for those of you in the "Human Chair" tier and above, don't forget that you have the exclusive privilege of requesting two custom wallpapers per month!
