Naoya's death was ironic, because in the first episode of S2 he talked shit to Maki's mother, who walked behind him and served him btw, about how Maki is useless and how any woman who can't walk humbly behind her man should be stabbed in the back and killed. The mother was probably relieved cause if the dad treated his daughtes like that you can only imagine how he'd treat his wife. She has suffered probably a lot through the clan and at the end it was finally over.

The soundtrack has been released! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Some people didn't like it at all, apparently because it didn't fit their expectation and I don't know, maybe cause they haven't developed the palate. The soundtrack is composed by η…§δΊ•ι †ζ”Ώ (Yoshimasa Terui) It's on Spotify, YouTube etc. Here's an overview in the order it has been played and also how it's listed in the album: 1. "Lineage" - It is played while the father drags Mai and Maki to the stairs. 2. "Monotonously Rings the Little Bell" - The choir, it is played when we see the geese flying and Mai talking to Maki on the beach 3. "Oppose" - plays while the Kukuru Unit, the martial artists prepare and gather to attack Maki and Maki walking into that big room. 4. "Burying" - plays mid slaughter, with the "La la la la la la" being sung 5. "Sudden Blow" - plays while the stone hands attack comes up, with the harmonica 6. "Defeat here" - plays while she clashes with that sword guy and kills him, the old guy and Ranta (eyeball boy) and Jinichi (fists raining down guy) coming in to kill her. 7. "Shoreline" - plays during Naoya's flashback 8. "Projection" - the flamenco guitar or whatever, during Naoya's and Maki's fight 9. "Moment" - the suspense while Maki is standing there and waiting for Naoya to come, the drumroll build up.

Really did love this episode, its a 10/10, hoping to see them somehow still manage to make it even better when that blu-ray drops if that even possible. Just a thought for later; since Hell's Paradise is pretty detail oriented like JJK and you're putting it off till later. Episodes will already be out so you may want to make Hell's Paradise a more than one episode per week watch to be able to stay on top of the more complex details.

This was my favourite part of the manga, and it did not disappoint. Honestly it's better than the manga.

damn that sequence was straight Kill Bill +

7:36 I believe that the OST for the S3 album was done solely by Yoshimasa Terui, even if they use tracks from previous seasons composed by Hiroaki Tsutsumi and Alisa Okehazama (S1 and the JJK 0 Movie involved all 3 composers, but from S2 onward, the album are made just by Yoshimasa Terui)

I'm not %100 sure myself, but i think it's something like, she and her sister have the same power as toji (extreme physical ability at the cost of not being able to use cursed energy), but since they were twins the power was split between them making it not really work, and then I guess when her sister sacrificed herself (and possibly took maki's emotions as well with her or something idk) all the power went to maki, as well as jujutsu seems to have an inherent rule of sacrifices = power so that probably helped as well, so now she has a similar strength to toji. That's my understanding of it anyways, someone can correct me if I'm wrong

What even happened? How did Maki get this strong suddenly?
