Well... we clearly know that with the Event Horizon, there is a massive amount of danger.
Some calculations were lost in the sauce, and we arrived at a pretty rough outcome.
Anime is "cool" in the aspect that it will deliver hard scenarios that are less forgiving than a lot of media I have seen. Looking forward to seeing the next episode

Also, Re:Zero had a similiar thing, and much more trauma from the main character dying a lot. But he does suicide a couple times, although I know you really bounced off that show haha

2025-12-13 06:16:36 +0000 UTCWe don't know why they retreated. Haine ambushed Shinpei before, and retreated. At that point, Shide realized he has Ushio's pendant in his pocket. This time as well, she saw his pocket shining and retreated. So, the pendant is clearly important in some way. But we don't have any idea why.
