3:19 actually, the Gogol Empire is a parody of Google. Admiral Perry's human design is basically just Larry Page, who was the CEO of Google at the time. They even reference things like Gogol Maps and Gogol search in a couple of episodes. yeah, Dandy's monologue at the end, aside from asking if QT was still QT, was word for word the dialogue from the first episode except he changes from being an ass man to being a leg man.
