So everything just to make things clear and simple. Giorno reattached his arm just based off his ability to give life. He can heal basically as long as he has 1 hand since he needs to touch to with his hand to use his ability. King crimson used his hands to chop off Giorno's arm and so his blood was on his hand. He turned his blood to little ants/termites or break the arrow he was holding. King crimson has 2 abilities. One is to see the future a bit which doppio used during the Metallica fight. The other is to erase his existence from time while everyone else continues to act as if he was there. He uses these together by seeing the next 5-10 seconds of time and then erasing himself from it if he doesn't like the outcome. That's how he was able to predict a lot of the things that happen and why he skips time to get close to people so they can't react to his presence. requiem put a light behind everyones head that case the shadow of their soul onto the stand silver chariot. Other people can not see other people's light just as they couldn't see the different shadow perspectives. Hitting the stand would be hurting your own soul. He hit the light casting the shadow to eliminate the shadow from it's source. Funnily enough it's like summertime rendering logic a bit. Don't hit the physical form since it is just a projection.
