Basically the brother sister relationship is just the dead bro's shadow being like absorbed by the living sister when the shadow was created because Haine was friends with Hizuru, so she freaked out when killing Ryuunosuke (Hizuru's bro) and didnt absorb him. So because he's a shadow he has the super strength but since he's basically possessing sis's human body she gets injured when he uses the super strength. Lastly, the 2-second precognition was finally fully explained this episode as basically; when Haine made the copy of Ryuunosuke she "misprinted" him 2 seconds into the future (since she has the eye time powers and was freaking out about killing him at the time), and so that's why when bro takes over the body he has been able to fight even multiple shadows at once, he's "from" 2 seconds into the future.
