Great reaction. Loved your rant about pedagogy at the end. In my country we have to do sooo much admin. As an esl teacher less so, but my friend is head of his department at his HS and the amount of unpaid admin he has to do is insane

2025-10-22 00:49:33 +0000 UTCThe injury with Daichi gave me a flashback to one of the worst physical injuries I've sustained in my life. Late high school years, I went off a curb on my bike at maximum speed. Hardest I could go. My entire front wheel disconnected from its holder and I ate pavement. Massive cut inside my mouth. Several dozen scrapes along my forearms. My knees later turned black and blue. People nearby called 911 because I screamed so loud they thought it was a hit and run. Paramedics said I might have lost a tooth if I had no helmet. So when he spat up the blood followed by the tooth, I felt it in my soul.
