been thinking about pokemon OC for a long time and bam! inspiration. this design supposed to be an adopt one, but I have no self control, because I like everything in him and this concept. the funny thing is that I liked Raichu since my childhood more than any pokemon but yeah the Lugia OC suits me better than anything.
never been so excited about OC of mine for a long time, so I hope you will see a lot of stuff with him, including YCHs! I never shipped my characters with anyone because I have my own closed setting and lore BUT THIS BOY IS ALL YOURS < 3
