2025-08-26 06:46:36 +0000 UTCThe 3 time use thing is because of the sheer amount of energy necessary. The other firing modes on the dominator are also limited use, it's just never brought up in the anime. That's why they're in those wheeled cabinets, they're effectively charging bays.
