It's 100% that we hear the first couple and then the last couple. If you pay close attention to the position of the Shiraya and Lily in the room you can tell that there was a cut. That said, I admit the cut should perhaps be a tiny bit more clear.

I think Tina's sample of playing is a jump cut to the end of the track, but the show doesn't quite demonstrate it well, so it seems like she only provides a few notes. Looking forward to next episode with the gig. Probably my favorite episode.
