lol, never apologize for tangenting, tangent tony is, as always, best tony. Ya that is a pretty common set up for assemblies in Japanese high schools, a teacher retiring or moving, sending sports team off, the whole thing, sucks because, although its changing more recently, alot of japanese schools don't have ac, so when you there, in the summer, whoof. Oh god, lol, most assemblies were pointless at my american high school, i get getting bored, but i hated when kids would straight up shout and do weird shit while people are talking, my school eventually, for most of them anyway, said, if you don't want to go tot eh assembly, go to the cafeteria and be quiet and study, it actually worked too.
