The last line ("Kisamara, zu ga takai") translated literally means that "your heads are (too) high" in the sense that you aren't bowing low enough. I actually just got back from the second day of Uma Musume concerts where this was performed live for the first time. Yoko Hikasa did an incredible job with both the singing and acting. When everyone was lined up bowing at the end of the show, she stood straight up all by herself. It's definitely in reference to the line from above, but I've never seen that done before.
