It's really famous where I'm in (Spain), it always surprises me how is just not a thing in the U.S. lol. (Like, it's almost Pokemon/Dragon Ball levels of famous)

Its a character that pulls out wacky gadgets, so usually the joke is that a character would ask for an unreasonable item and the reply would be "im not doraemon" or some sort of implication of that
