Haha I know you mentioned cookie cutter in the previous episodes, and so I checked out the next few episodes, and it just happens to be that they pick up significantly. It's all worth it in the end imo, there's a good reason for it being the top anime on MAL

Instead of it paving the way for other great anime and being an example, it would have had the more epic nature and animation of today. I'm glad Tony is getting through it. It was different to experience this anime years prior to what we now have.
