Violet Evergarden will 100% be included in the vote, but we need some other suggestions.

It envolves time travelling, reality change, butterfly effect stuff. And it is funny. But out of those 2, I think you might enjoy Re:zero more. And if you're going to eventually watch hunter x hunter, if you can find the 1999 version in good quality, I really think its better than the 2011 version. But it is slower rythm.

Kaiji for the crazy plot and great pacing, with very unique settings and characters. And Tengen Toppa or Kekkai Sensen (Blood Blockade Battlefront) for the action and uniqueness of it all.

One I'll throw out there that I haven't seen in the comments yet is 'ranking of kings'. Definitely a very different anime but an enjoyable one for it's very unique artistic direction, and throwback to older cartoon like Japanese art styles. It has a gorgeous soundtrack as well.

I know, it's sports but I've not seen a single reactor that did this show and didn't love it even without liking sports or Volleyball. You would love the OST for sure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xvs0UMsiXwM (even fi you're not going to react to the show, the OST is something to consider reacting to) Mob Psycho: A show about a kid that's a psychic.
