The album this song is on is saturated in heavy and emotional songs that stress her voice and blast orchestration at you, plus a song or two full of nostalgia from early in her career. This one's plonked roughly in the middle and is bright, cheery, and sorta cookie-cutter to give everyone a break; plus she just enjoys singing it off-the-cuff occasionally as it's light and for the most part sits right in the middle of the comfort zone of her vocal range.
